TYPES OF FABRICATION
Fabrication for Assembly
Sign Me Up Direct Wholesale continues to develop new ways to add to your bottom line. This year we rolled out with a fabrication process that not only puts more money in your pocket but it also teaches you how signs are made thus making it more comfortable for you to be able to sell. We want you to make the most revenue on your sale. The more money you make, the more likely you’ll come back to us on the next job. The fabrication for assembly process means that we don’t supply you with a finished product, we in fact give you all the elements to assemble together yourself. Don’t worry, we give you written instructions and the process is real easy to do. For a typical channel letter set, we would supply you with the individual letters combined with LED’s and you would have to mount it to the raceway and do the electrical hook up yourself. My cutting our costs on labor, that puts more dollars in your project while teaching you how this type of sign is to be assembled.
Fabrication for Completion
This is typically the popular choice when it comes to fabrication. We will design, fabricate, and supply you with a finished project matching every aspect to your job order. For easy installation convenience, we can even ship directly to the installation location. Whether it be a sign cabinet, channel letters on a raceway, or a 15′ awning structure, we can build it, and ship it to you ready to go. Of course, the profit margin may not be as high as it would be if you were to assemble it yourself, but there also is no labor on your part. Just simply uncrate it from its packaging and you’re ready to rock and roll and install the sign for your client. Get in touch with one of our sales reps and we’ll be able to give you an estimate for both fabrication methods leaving the decision to you.
